Painful to Look At

I was excited about this app because Ive always liked similar apps, but I had to delete it after one minute. It proudly touts a Mac-only feature of transparent backgrounds. You can adjust the level of transparency, but unfortunately you cant turn it off entirely. Transparency was maybe a cool gimmick in 2001, but now we know better. I dont want my desktop background showing through. I want to play the game without distractions. I was glad to see that it has monochromatic mode with symbols on the balls for those with color deficiency, but I just wish the symbols would be added to the balls while keeping the color.

The real problem with this app, however, is simply that the entire thing is blurry. Trying to adjust the options is simply painful. The sad thing is that it would have been easier to make it look better. To the developer: Please stop playing around with transparencies and excessive gradients! Its ruining what would otherwise be a great app.
